Description
During the course, you will be preparing home-made pasta with a typical pasta sauce, a simple local starter and a main dish. (The menu can be agreed upon request)
The Chianti territory has a great tradition of food and wine delicacies which is on a par with the high quality of the wines produced in this area, thanks to the age-old culinary traditions which have been handed down from one generation to the next and persist both in the production and in the everyday life of its people.
With our local chefs, we offer the chance to discover these culinary traditions, from the products of the land which are grown on the farms, the fresh home-made pasta which is simply a must here, the meat and game cooked using traditional recipes from long ago, all teamed with our Chianti Classico wine which is the perfect companion for these dishes. The dish preparation task always ends with lunch or dinner. The cooking courses are held on our premises, which are small or medium-sized local cellars, or at home if you are staying in a villa or an apartment.
