8:00 – 10:00 A.M. Breakfast at the Castle
10:30 – 12:30 A.M, Grape Harvest: Walk in the heart of Vineyards togheter with the agronomist explaining you technical, secrets and histories about Wine production in the heart of Chianti Classico
1:00 P.M. Lunch in the Wine shop of the Castle
3:00-5:00 P.M. Wine’s Tells: Visit of the production Cellars together with the oenologist appreciating how grapes become Wine
7:00 P.M. Departure to “Antica Fattoria Montagliari” in Panzano in Chianti for discovering the world of Vinsanto, a typical tuscan sweet Wine: history, technical and curiosity about one of the most famous “Vinsanto” of Chianti Classico. Following Dinner and tasting.
Saturday
8:00 – 10:00 A.M. Breakfast at the Castle
10:30 A.M. Departure to Siena with free visit of the City of Palio
3:00 P.M. Return to the Castle
5:00-7:00 P.M, TRY TO BE A WINEMAKER: Evening together with the oenologist tasting every different kind of Wine aging in Meleto’s wooden Barrels and test yourself with the trial creation of a new Wine of Meleto!
8:00 P.M Dinner at the Castle
