• Le seguenti condizioni riguardano tutti i servizi offerti da Chianti Live srls
  • I prezzi sono espressi in Euro e sono IVA inclusa
  • L’acquisto dei servizi offerti deve essere confermato dalla suddetta società
  • La prenotazione dei servizi viene confermata esclusivamente al ricevimento della caparra che viene richiesta al momento della prenotazione
  • La caparra può essere versata tramite bonifico bancario o carta di credito
  • La cancellazione della prenotazione può essere effettuata fino a 72h prima della data concordata
  • La caparra viene rimborsata esclusivamente se la cancellazione avviene almeno 30 giorni prima della data confermata
  • I servizi vengono svolti solamente a pagamento avvenuto
  • Le prenotazioni di servizi entro i 15 giorni comportano il pagamento per intero del costo del servizio al momento della prenotazione
  • Il cliente deve usufruire dei servizi nel rispetto delle persone e dell’ambiente circostante, eventuali comportamenti inappropriati comportano la sospensione del servizio e la perdita dell’importo totale della somma pagata
  • Per le attività sportive è obbligatorio l’abbigliamento adeguato e consono all’attività stessa
  • Chianti Live srls e i suoi collaboratori non sono responsabili per eventuali comportamenti illeciti dei propri clienti

I dati personali forniti dal Cliente sono tutelati dal’ art.13 del d.l.g.s. n.196/2003

  • The following conditions apply to all services offered by Chianti Live Srls
  • Prices are quoted in Euros and include taxes
  • The purchase of services offered must be confirmed by the aforesaid company
  • The reservation service will be confirmed only upon receipt of deposit is requested at time of booking
  • The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or credit card
  • Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours before the specified date
  • The deposit will be refunded only if cancellation is made at least 30 days before the date confirmed
  • The services are carried only after payment
  • Bookings of services within 15 days will result in the payment in full of the cost of the service at the time of booking
  • The customer must use the services with respect for people and the environment, any inappropriate behavior will result in suspension of the service and the loss of the total amount paid
  • For sports activities is required protective clothing and appropriate to the activity itself
  • Chianti Live SRLs and his staff are not responsible for any illicit behavior of its customers

Personal data supplied by the client are protected by ‘the art.13 of the Legislative Decree n.196 / 2003
